Please fill out the form with your confirmed speakers only. You must submit the first and last name, affiliation, and e-mail of each speaker. Speakers that do not have an affiliation or email listed will not be added to your Special Session.
Confirmed speakers will be given access to the Special Session Abstract form. Please do not advise your speakers to submit their abstracts through the general submission process, as they will not have access to the correct topical category (http://aas.org/meetings/head13/abstracts_full#session).
You may fill this form out multiple times, as you confirm more speakers.
Note: If you are having a Panel Discussion that does not require abstracts, please notify Lisa Idem at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will not need to submit a speaker list.
