Please fill out the form with your confirmed speakers only. You must submit the first and last name, affiliation, and e-mail of each speaker. Speakers that do not have an affiliation or email listed will not be processed.
Confirmed speakers will receive an email notification which will allow them to submit their abstracts directly to your session. Please do not advise your speakers to submit their abstracts through the general submission process. You may fill this form out multiple times, as you confirm more speakers.
