Budget Committee

History: Established January, 1982.

Members: In addition to the Chair, three other members appointed by the President.

Term: One year, June to June, from the close of one Annual Members' Meeting to the close of the next Annual Members' Meeting.

Members rotate, with one term expiring each June.

Chair: AAS Treasurer.

Charge: This committee will advise the Treasurer and will consider and review Society budgets, expenditures and other financial matters and make recommendations as needed to the Council. In particular, it will review the proposed budget for the next fiscal year in advance of the June meeting and report its recommendations to the Council.
