On the basis of X-ray and spectroscopic observations, 1e1919+0427 was classified as an RSCVn candidate. In 1990, we began a photometric program to determine its photometric properties. We have data each year from 1990 to 1994 and fairly complete light curves for 1991, 1992, and 1993. We find that 1E 1919+0427 is a short period eclipsing RSCVn binary with a definite distortion wave in the light curves. A period analysis of the data gives for phase 0: JD=2448829.898400+0.873712days (+/-0.000006days). Our 1993 light curve is the most complete, so we model it to find spot parameters and system orbital parameters. The Research Corporation provided generous support for this work to PAH.
