Nine sources selected from the IRAS Point Source Catalog have been mapped at the wavelengths 1100 and 800 microns, and some have been mapped at 450 microns. These objects have been studied previously at J=1-0 CO and 6 cm continuum wavelengths by McCutcheon et al. A.J. 101, 1435, 1991 and were chosen here to represent various stages of evolution. With the IRAS flux values, we have 6 or 7 far-IR flux measurements defining the spectral energy distribution. Using a model with 4 input parameters, all spectral energy distributions are fitted well by two components, a cool (approx. 35K) large outer shell, and a hot (approx. 120K) small inner core. Log luminosity values, relative to solar, range from 3.0 to 4.4. Spectral line observations of the associated molecular clouds allow us to compare the temperatures of the gas and dust environments.
