Your registration fee includes:

• AM and PM Coffee Breaks
• Banquet

After 1 July a processing fee will be added to all registrations.

Check/Money Order: Make payable to "AASTCS2 Exascale Radio Astronomy Meeting."

Confirmation and Receipts: Confirmation and receipts for online registration appear on your browser screen immediately upon submission.

Cancellations

Requests for cancellations must be received in writing to reg-help@aas.org or fax 202-234-7850.

1 July - No refunds will be given after this date.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for all refunds to be processed.

Registration Refunds

• 21 Feb - 1 May 2013 — Registration refund less the $25.00 processing fee
• 2 May - 31 May 2013 — Registration refund less the $50.00 processing fee
• 1 July - No refunds will be given after this date.
