1. HOTEL ROOMS IN MADISON ALMOST SOLD OUT

Our original block of hotel rooms sold out. There are a handful of overflow rooms left. When these are sold out the only option will be the dorm rooms. If you have not faxed in your housing request form, you should do so asap. Forms were previously mailed to all AAS members, or they can be obtained as a postscript form from the AAS ftp archive, ftp.aas.org in the /meetings/aas188/prelim directory.

An informal exchange of ideas will be held at the Madison Meeting immediately preceding the opening reception. For further details see the Madison Final Program on the AAS Homepage.
