Laboratory Astrophysics Division (LAD) Abstract Fees
One LAD abstract submission is included in your Meeting registration rate. You may submit more than one LAD abstract, with the following guidelines:
- Your first LAD abstract is included in your registration rate. Additional LAD abstracts have a fee of $40 each, which is paid through the registration process. If you cannot remember how many abstracts you have submitted when you register for the meeting, please contact Megan Feeley at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need to add an abstract fee(s) to an existing registration, please contact the registrar at email@example.com.
Payment Methods and Receipts
Check/Money Order: Make payable to "222nd Meeting."
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Confirmation and Receipts: Confirmation and receipts for online registration appear on your browser screen immediately upon submission.
Need a receipt before the meeting? Visit members.aas.org, select meeting history, then select the corresponding order number.
Please note: Full Registrations may not be changed to One Day Registrations; however, One Day Registrations may be upgraded to Full Registrations at anytime.
Requests for cancellations must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax 202-234-7850.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for all refunds to be processed.

- 12 April - 17 May 2013 — Registration refund less the $50.00 processing fee
